McGill/Chien Concert Rescheduled

We are very pleased to announce that the subscription concerts by Anthony McGill and Gloria Chien, recently postponed due to Omicron, have been rescheduled to 

·     4:00 p.m., Sunday, June 5, at New Prospect Baptist Church in Roselawn, and 

·     7:30 p.m. on Monday, June 6, at Memorial Hall on Washington Park. 

We are especially grateful to Mr. McGill — Principal Clarinet of the New York Philharmonic Orchestra, and one of the world’s busiest and most accomplished classical musicians — for his flexibility in making these new dates possible. Having experienced this program when it was performed for the Chamber Music Society of Detroit last fall, we can say without question that his exceptional musical and personal magnetism is something no audience member will forget.
